Zhonglian held a QC management skill training on Sep. 16^th, attracting more than 50 colleagues from procurement, technical and QA departments. This is a training organized by Zhonglian Company and Changshu Talent Resources Market and has won a highly attention from management leaders.

The trainer Mr. Qingming Zhou presented a vivid and interesting class. The training started from quality consciousness with examples of our daily equipments, showing that the importance of quality and harm of low quality products. Mr. Zhou also brought a list of customer complain, analyzing the loss of internal and external because of product defects. All attendance realized that quality is a guarantee of profit, a reputation of enterprise as well as a foundation of future development.

Mr. Zhou explained 7QC management skills in practical chapter. He required everyone must try the best to improve product quality, be familiar with inspection standard and understand the operation instruction. Moreover, everyone must have a consciousness that quality is manufactured but not inspected.

All attendants said they had a more comprehensive and profound understanding of how to improve quality. Only under this consciousness, Zhonglian people will keep manufacturing good quality compound and improving service quality as well.
